All staff have security clearance through local police to provide service to vulnerable persons.
All staff are certified in standard First Aid/CPR/AED.
All staff are trained in food handling if providing such services to our clients.
Staff may be trained Personal Support Workers.
Staff may be trained in the fields of Mental Health First Aid and Grief and Bereavement Counselling.
All staff adhere to the strictest standard of confidentiality.
All staff provide service with the utmost respect. Abuse in any form will not be tolerated and all staff will immediately report suspicion of elder abuse.
All staff are cognisant of health and safety dangers, will take appropriate measures to alleviate present dangers wherever possible, and will report any such conditions immediately.
All staff strictly adhere to fragrance free policies in the interest of wellness of our clients.
